"I used to live in this city and would go for a special occasion and the food was always very delicious. Tonight I ordered some food for the family we’re visiting and sadly we are really disappointed. Driving home the car smelt like old cooking oil. The food itself tasted like it was soaked in previously used or expired cooking oil. It was extremely oily and the flavor of the bad oil was overwhelming over everything else. None of us could eat our food and only took a couple bites. I don’t think I will be coming here again due to this disappointment."

"We knew we wanted to stop in the outlets, and Japanese Steakhouse is a family crowd pleaser. So we stopped in on an early Thursday evening (could be considered a late lunch). We had 3 adults, a kid, and a toddler in our party. We sat with another family and our chef was great. Very sweet and worked to entertain our 3 year old grandson. I did the Filet, chicken and shrimp everything was well seasoned and good. Everyone else got New York Strip Steak with chicken. The meal was filling and entertaining."
