"This vet office has gone above and beyond for me and my pets always! They are affordable and very welcoming, they even wrote a note for me that I needed for pet insurance and did so in a timely manner. The vet has given me great advice for my cat who constantly has ear problems. They even took the time to get to know my nervous dog, talking calmly and giving him treats to make him more comfortable, I was very impressed."
"Will not be bringing my pets back here. Used to be a patient of Dr King’s for years before she was taken over by these so-called vets. After attempting to weigh my cat, they couldn’t properly so they guessed bc the scale was broken. Dr. Gruber came in the see my cat for his annual check up and to check out his Stomatitis (inflammation of gums). Dr. Gruber did not stay in the room long enough as he is afraid of cats. A vet, afraid of cats. The nurse carried on with exams where she proceeded to administer two temperance shots.. She then Proceeded to tell me he will need his teeth removed bc of stomatitis. After telling her medication has always helped and kept his teeth in check she still insisted that teeth removal would be best. She Carried with only 1/2 of his annual exam, charged me for the full. After receiving the medication, they did not give me a syringe, I had to ask for one. The did not tell me how many times a day to administer meds/how much/any form of protocol. After leaving I noticed they gave me a powder. Turned back to where they added water to mix meds together. Do yourselves and favor and take your animals elsewhere."
"I took my Bulldog to New London for extensive dental cleaning and surgery. I was apprehensive because this breed does not easily tolerate anesthesia. All went well, the staff was very professional and sympathetic to my concerns. The dog is doing well. Highly recommended."
"Dr King and her staff are the best. My greyhounds love the vet even though nail trims are not their fave...lol"
