"Beyond angry!! We have been using Precious Paws for over 3 years and after today's experience we will not be returning. For some reason the groomer decided my yorkie and my standard poodle needed to be shaved down to the skin, maybe leaving a half inch of fur to cover their bodies. We have never cut them that short ever!! I had to run out and buy t-shirts to cover them up, so they don't get sunburned on our beach vacation, because they do not have enough fur to protect their skin. My husband told the groomer to do the usual clean up and shaping. Normally took 2 hours, this time it took them 4 hours to butcher our dogs. My husband went to check on the dogs at the 2.5 hour mark, to be rudely treated, and said they needed 45mins more. After all that, we usually paid $70 for the poodle, but today it was $90 because he wasn't cooperative. After what they did to him, I probably wouldn't have cooperated either. The owner herself had the audacity to treat 3 year long customers and their dogs so badly, I will make sure to warn everyone before taking their dogs to Precious Paws!!"
"My dogs have been going to Precious Paws for 3 years. Their service is excellent. They cater to your grooming specifications. I have miniature Schnauzers and don’t go for the standard cut. They come out clean, cut right and happy. Price is right. Be nice and tip the groomer."
