"Drive-through was closed. So had to take elderly mother inside to wait for 20 min and would not let us use the restroom. Manager explained that people make a mess of bathroom and they have to clean it up. Heaven forbid employees actiually have to clean. The manager explained that since technically they are not a restaurant, they do not need to have restrooms available to the public. What a great courtesy, for elderly and sick people who are coming to pick up their medication’s and often getting vaccines. I understand you lock the doors. But when someone respectfully asked you to unlock the restrooms as a pain, customer you would think they would make an exception."

"While it is mildly convenient to have a store like this on the corner, the prices are extremely high. The real problem however, is the pharmacy. I have never had an easy interaction with this pharmacy, and I would refer to the quality of service as borderline incompetence. Prescriptions are never ready in a timely manner, they take longer than any place I've ever heard of to get a prescription from a doctor into their system, and are often out of much needed drugs and supplies. I've been told by my doctor that the prescription was called in an hour ago, while the folks at Walgreens tell me it can take up to 3 hours for it to get into their system. If there were any other pharmacies in chestertown, I would gladly go there. As it is, if you need medication quickly, you will have to drive half an hour or an hour away to go to a real pharmacy."

"They have a wonderful Pharmacist. Her name is Jennifer. She caught the flag about my son’s allergy. She was immensely helpful getting the correct medication. A very special and compassionate pharmacist. Her help was deeply appreciated."

"The store itself is well stocked and has average service. The pharmacy is a disaster. Lots of peope milling around back there in a state of disorganized confusion. Some of the Rx clerks appear to make special effort to be rude. The result? Long waits and customer fustration. Go elsewhere or by mail for any Rx if you can. Corporate management should take heed and do some 'housekeeping'. A bonus observation: They have house flys buzzing around the pharmacy waiting area! Flys were noted on three seperate visits, but it is a mystery as to what sanitation problem is causing. Dept of Health, where are you?"

"This has got to be the most disorganized and poorly managed pharmacy in the Mid Atlantic. It is almost comical how slow and inconsistent they are behind the counter. You can call and be told your prescription is ready and then 5 minutes later in the store they say it’s not ready and will be a few more days. Yesterday they actually called me while I was in the store to say “ready” while the tech was saying two more days- sorry."
