"Bathtub had a broken towel rung , it's faucet ran,. The toilet needed plunger fixed had to jiggle handle or remove lid. They had sign posted above toilet Incase of overflow. Broken floor tile. No continental breakfast"
"Hey! This is a wonderful, little, and VERY clean motel. It is in the small town of Chestertown, MD. The motel manager and maid are on-site. All the staff are wonderful and friendly people. It is a safe place to take your kids. They will go above and beyond to accommodate you! I highly recommend this Motel! There is a good restaurant next door and a gas station with a convenient store inside also next door."

"Beware... One of the worst experiences ever! I booked a room at this roadside motel reading the reviews. Upon check in at the office it smelled bad and heavily of marijuana. I was finally checked in by some drug addict looking staff and headed to my room. Upon entering the room I completed a full inspection and found the carpet was ripped and unbearable to walk on, the bathroom very unsanitary with hair left behind from a previous guest, under the bed I found a syringe. I immediately went to the office and asked for a full refund and complained to the staff regarding my room encounter. I honestly think they did not care and told them I am not going to stay here with my family. I left the Courtyard Inn motel immediately and found a much nicer newer roadside motel in proper Chestertown at the Driftwood Inn where I finally was able to relax. Never again will I ever stay at the Courtyard Inn. I filed a complaint against the county health department about the Courtyard Inn motel and they informed me that there was a very large drug bust that took place a few months ago which makes sense of the experience I had there."
"Rooms are not clean smell like smoke holes in the doors. Dirty no not enough towels bathroom dirty. Not. Worth the money they should pay you to stay here Can you say DUMP not fit for my dog.great place for drug dealers and hookers should be shut down"
