"They do bad business. I have had insurance with delta dental since 2004. I just changed dentist office the first of the year because of the dentist office was cheating me on claims for my husband appointment. I always use in net work Dentist office that way my insurance pay 100% for every six month cleaning, I checked out a few before making a decision and making sure they take my insurance. My cleaning was in February 2016 for yearly X-ray and cleaning. The clerk check to make sure there was no out of pocket charge before they started cleaning. She came to the back and said " there will be no charge for the cleaning and X-ray for today". A month later I get a bill for $86. Dollars, I called the office and my birthday was wrong. The next three weeks I get the dentist office check and a bill for $176.000. The clerk was wrong they are not in net work for my insurance DETAL DENTAL PPO PLUS PREMIER ,If you don't want a bill check them out yourself before you use them. THEY LIE JUST TO GET PEOPLE. BAD BUSINESS WHEN YOU HAVE A INSURANCE THAT WILL PAY 100% FOR CLEANING , WHY WOULD YOU GO TO A DENTIST THAT WILL ONLY PAY 80% ???AND THEY LIES SAYING YOU WILL NOT HAVE A OUT OF POCKET CHARGE. BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE."
