"Malena was very professional. She asked what my needs were and set me up with the proper fluids. She was very informative on the process and what to expect. It was a Gentle set up, I had zero bruising, to which I'm very fair skinned. She checked in a few times making sure I was doing okay. The room set up was very calm and relaxing. I had been sick/sinus issues for a couple weeks, still feeling fatigued and run down decided to try Lotus I.V Therapy.
