The Falls Spa

"My husband, daughter and I have lived at the Falls for the last year and we have really enjoyed it! It's the nicest apartment we've ever lived in!! The amenities (pool, spa, gym, lounges) are so fantastic. The apartments are spacious and the conveniently located to great restaurants and shops in downtown Hudson. Christina, the Property Manager, is wonderful! She is always available, super responsive and works really hard - and it shows. We also love several of the staff we've become friends with over the last year, especially Sylvia, Michelle and Shaqueta. The owner Marc is a wonderful guy and can often be seen around the building, checking in with people and making sure everyone is happy. We also had our daughter's 1st birthday party here and it was great! Christina made sure everything was set up the way it needed to be, and we had a great time!.... We really recommend this place! If we were not moving across the country, we'd definitely keep living here!"

"I would like to start by saying we absolutely LOVE Christina! Her personality, attention to detail, organization skills and positive attitude makes The Falls the perfect venue for your wedding (or any other special event)!! Our wedding was on 6/8/10. Over the last year Christina was available at all hours, helping my mother with my bridal shower and going above and beyond expectations. We highly recommend The Falls to any couples looking to get married or any event you have in mind! The venue is beautiful inside and has a beautiful nature walk to take pictures. It has a large stage that we had a 6 piece band on. Everything was beautiful and perfect! Thank you Christina for making our special day extra special!! We love you!!"

"I wish there was more than 5 stars to rate this rental facility and wedding venue . The apartments are well maintained. The general manager of the building Christina takes very good care of the residents and make sure they have everything they need from Move in service , to cleaning service , to accommodations and last but not least her understanding of people in general . No matter what circumstances the tenant is under Christina turns it around and makes for a loving home and atmosphere . There are not many apartment complexes that have managers who out customers and residents first , The Falls apartments sure do! Also there is a wedding venue attached to the building which was a concern for me when I toured the building knowing I was moving here and didn’t feel comfortable to public renting of venue spaces but again Christina turns it around so that the tenants are always first . The falls even holds vendor events which is well organized for the tenants and Christmas parties for the tenants which turns out very well . The biggest descision I had to make was moving from California to New York State to be closer to my son and Christina and The Falls staff made it so much easier for me to make this tenasition. I am very happy to be here and I highly recommend moving here where the staff takes well care of you and the manager goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy . The best thing that ever happened to me was Moving to the falls . Thank you Christina and The Falls for making me happy ."

"There is a lot to like about The Falls, I just don't know where to begin at! The location was ideal - for where I needed to be, when it come to shopping and Restaurants . Our apartment have plenty of space - and a beautiful complimentary style. Most importantly Christine is always on hand when needed - and a very good 'manager' of the venue. My wife and I have such a good experience with the crew and staff and they"re very respectful! The Falls is our dream place! Thank you all!"
