"I have never seen a business with a poorer business model. All the personnel seem to be on some kind of “high horse.” There’s a way to deal with the public, which they obviously haven’t learned yet. The person who “judges” your items to be left for consignment has an attitude and succeeds in making you feel very small. In addition, they will not cut a check for less than $50. A very poor practice, designed to improve their bottom line because you have to spend anything less than $50 in their shop or forfeit the money."
