"❌Awful customer service❌,as a new patient I did tooth work yesterday and the temporary crown fall down once I returned home and started to eat!!! And this morning I called them as the tooth that the doctor worked on is swollen and I left several messages I didn’t hear back from them!!!!!! I am calling them since yesterday during office hours they are not responding and they are open!!!! While when I called first time to book an appointment they made sure to call me back and even leave a message. ❌Avoid going there!"

"I went on their website was able to schedule my new patient appointment and also fill out medical forms and consents add insurance info ID info. Website was easy to navigate. Made an appointment got an email confirmation. Also a text. Day of appointment called to make sure they were opened because we had some snow. The person tells me I didn’t have an appointment. I tell her everything and then I said well let me find the email and I will call you back at the time I was already driving to my appointment. I call back within 2mins and she says please hold. I was on hold for 14mins. Then she hung up. By that time I was already at the office. I walk in and go to the person in the front I said I called this morning she said oh oh I have a few messages to call you. I said I have this appointment confirmation email said no I don’t need to see that. She said anything I did online doesn’t go to them it doesn’t work. I said well someone needs to tell your patients this she said that’s her mangers fault. Then she tried to have me give all the info I already entered online to her verbally at that point I told her I wasn’t interested in becoming a patient with them. I hope these managers see this. I also want to know where is the forms I filled out online? Did it just disappear I want my information back since you aren’t using it. Completely horrible experience."

"I've been going to Concerned Dental for about 6 months and have been impressed by their dental work and their office/appointment side! I had a crown and a few other issues and every time they were able to get me in promptly and handled the issue professionally. Dr. Asghar has been fantastic and I can not recommend him enough."

"Went here briefly to get some cavities filled. Place was pretty gross and outdated to be honest. Switched to a new one closer to home, only to discover that I now have tooth decay under both fillings I had here. Makes you wonder right.."

"Avoid this place at all cost. I paid for a Whitening kit ($50) and they now want to claim that the $50 was towards co-pay and not the whitening kit. But wait, even though it was for copay I also have a $41 refund and the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional when asked details of the charges that were made, then proceeded to hang up the call. I checked with my insurance and they covered the entire visit, waiting for the manager to call me back and see if I ever get my $50 back."
