"Got a call from the office 36 hours before the appointment, pushing me to do a root canal the same day of my consultation saying it will cost me less if i get it the same day. I told them that i haven’t even seen the dentist for consultation, how do you know i need a root canal. This dentist’s practice should be investigated."

The woman at the front desk was especially helpful to me way before I came to the office and as soon as I came in the door. The Dental Assistant took excellent care of me too; everyone here is so nice and supportive. It feels like you are visiting an old friend you haven’t seen in quite some time; not like you are going to an Endodontics at all. Dr. Burns is a specialist in her field for a reason. Dr. Burns took her time with me to investigate my concern. Ruling out all possibilities, checking the x-rays from my dentist and taking a 360 x-ray to get a clearer image. She provided detailed explanations, instructions and had the Dental Assistant give me pain medication before I left. This was such an excellent experience, once again. It was my first experience getting a root canal, and I was very nervous, especially not knowing this practice. I was recommended through my primary dentist, what a great experience!
