"What a disrespectful establishment. My family has been going here for years. I recently lost my job. Having issues with my teeth. Got put on my folks insurance. Because their policy (Bella Smiles) is they want the money up front and when the insurance pays them and you overpayed the facility they issue you credit against future work. Couldnt pay what they wanted I was refused my dental work. Wouldnt even work with me. Avoid like the plague. Drs are to help patients not turn them away when their services are needed. If they would have worked with me. I'm sure something could have been arranged!! I couldnt even put zero stars which is what they deserve."

"Office has changed thru the years. Still see my same dentist after 20 years but the office staff is cold and rude. They sent a nasty letter saying my husband didnt cancel his last appt in 24 hours and if it happens again they are dropping him from the practice. Horrible customer service"

"Been going here since I was 18 so nearly 5 years now. They seem to have replaced a lot of their staff which sadly slowed down the process by a lot. I used to be in and out in 45 minutes. Now Im lucky If I get out in an hour and 30 minutes for a CLEANING. Staff is wonderful and the experience is fine. Just wish they were as efficient as the used to be."

"My family just started to go to Bella Smiles in Nesconset. They are really taking care of my daughter, She has some issues with her teeth. They even scheduled her in an emergency visit, which they can not always do, because they're booked. I apologize if I write Dr. Pop's name incorrectly. She is extremely talented. I have never said that a price was good for any procedure at a dentist! But I was giving a fair, reasonable and affordable price to fix my front tooth and she did a job like a cosmetic artist in only 30 minutes or less. I'm extremely thankful to her and for going there to get that done and I will certainly be going back!!! THANK YOU!"
