"I am a new patient and just had a dental exam with Dr Seth Keiles and dental cleaning with the hygienist Sue. These folks are incredibly kind and professional. Dr Keiles did a detailed exam using x-rays and pictures of all teeth that you can see on a large screen in great detail. He explained everything very clearly. Sue did an amazing job on the dental cleaning with almost no discomfort at all, remarkable! I would highly recommend. Thank you. Patrick Cummings"

"Had a permanent bridge put it this time and all went smoothly. Staff is the best. Dr Seth is very knowledgeable and comforting. Not like some dentists that can be a little rough with an attitude, but not him or the dental assistants. Highly recommend them. Dental work is expensive but with insurance it does help a little."

"I have started an Invisalign treatment and set my appointment ahead of time. I was called several times during work even telling employees and dentist that I can never meet earlier than 4:30 pm. I work every day in a hospital where rain or shine or bad weather I still have to go to work. During work, I am quite busy and this constant calling was borderline harassment. During the day of my said appointment, scheduler (different women throughout the day) call me saying they are cancelling my appointment just to pick up aligner trays. Which I think is quite unnecessary to see the dentist since I paid upfront for the whole treatment anyway. The scheduler who calls me is quite rude and schedules me later in the month of January 30 without telling what time when I told her I can never come in before that time and I work 30 minutes away. She assures me that once an appointment becomes available they will change it just to get me off the phone. I then get a text confirming my appointment is at 4:40 pm. And mind you the orthodontist only comes to this location on Tuesdays. So I feel like my treatment is delayed, disappointing and found wanting as soon as the check was signed and paid. Anyway after this treatment is done I am going to search for a new dental clinic but that will be for who knows when."

"Highly recommend Northern Westchester Dental. Nicole (dentist) & the entire staff are absolutely incredibly amazing. They are all compassionate, sweet & professional. The office is always very clean & Nicole explained everything patiently to me. More importantly they cared about making sure I was comfortable at all times. Just a very great experience there overall. First time in my life I can actually say I don’t have any fear or anxiety knowing I have to go to the dentist. They deserve 10 STARS!!!!
