"I had an extremely poor experience at Comprehensive Dental Group. My insurance paid for a crown to be placed, and unfortunately, the crown was placed by Comprehensive Dental Group and there was an open space left where the crown should have covered. I then went to see a different dentist for a 6 month cleaning (as I moved states), and they expressed concern over the crown that was recently placed by my previous dentist at Comprehensive Dental Group. Long story short, I ended up needing to get this crown replaced because of a poor job done by comprehensive dental group, and had to pay $1,080 out-of-pocket because my insurance would not cover another crown on the same tooth within such a short period of time. I tried calling, texting, and emailing Comprehensive Dental Group and quite literally was ignored. My current dentist office even sent X-rays, imaging, and tried to reach out with lack of response. I am extremely dissatisfied with the care provided by Comprehensive Dental Group, and the lack of proper communication back to me."

"Great experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful while scheduling the appointment and filling out the paperwork. The day of our appointment we were seen right on time. My almost two year old was seen by Dr. Simon and he was very patient and kind toward her. He and the staff really made her feel at ease and she didn't fuss at all throughout the exam. We will definitely return for future care and recommend this practice to others."
