"The doctors are great and very good . They order blood work. The lab in rye is terrible everything is by appointments and they never have openings day of visit. I stayed for 20 minutes to watch the lab empty and Tex’s just talking to each other . This is mid day . There was no one in waiting room.pre Covid never a problem , now that is over the lab service is terrible . It does not make sense . People need to see results after a visit Very poor management"

"This establishment is so awful do I even need to leave a negative review other than say the whole place should just shut down and the doctors there should all go elsewhere for work. This place is a lost cause. They changed my doctor appointment on me two times for me to show up and have them tell me the doctor is not in that day without any call or notice. Then the receptionist who made it clear she really doesn’t care tells me the doctor has no other appointments available for the rest of the year. This is one example of endless service, billing, communication and reception issues. The doctors are good but someone please put this place out of misery and pull the plug!"

"Visited 3 times. My experience: 1st visit: Asked in advance if there was to be any charges that wasn't covered by my insurance, was told no. Hit with a new patient charge months later. Spent hours on the phone getting cut off numerous times. Still unresolved. 2nd Visit: Lost my appointment. Took time off work to come in for an appointment, arrived only to find non of the staff knew about my appointment despite me responding to text message in the days preceding my appointment confirming my attendance. I was eventually sat down with an admin member of staff who proceeded to ask me a host of medical questions in a room with the door open to the general public. Left without an appointment and a wasted afternoon. 3rd Visit: With a specialist which required lab work to be done as a follow up. Provided me a with a list of labs. Non of those numbers worked - one of the numbers was for a courier company. I'm from a country (UK and Australia) where medical treatment is paid for through tax revenue so on coming to the US and hearing about the exorbitant fee's Americans have to pay, I was expecting a first class health service. This is easily the worst heath system I have ever had to deal with."

"Westmed seems to be a great facility. Westmed offices have all types of Doctors which makes providing each specialist with your records very simple. There billing sysmtem works well and most offices don't worry about payment until they get a notification from your insurance of what your responsible is."
