"I’ve experienced many foot misfortunes over the past couple of years but it just so happened that I was lucky enough to be seen by Isabella and Dr. De Lucia of the Westchester branch of Foot and Ankle Surgeons of New York! The care team is extremely thoughtful, kind, and they put you at ease while you’re there for your appointment. I met them in the morning for a consult and then had an emergency later in the day and called just as they were closing. Sure enough, even though Dr. De Lucia was walking out the door and I was a full half hour away, he still told me to come in and Isabella was there to greet me, too, at 5:30pm. They normally close much, much earlier but cared enough to stay late for another patient and myself. They were both just as kind and cheerful and they’d been earlier in the day which I think is a testament to how much they enjoy their work and really care about their patients’ outcomes.
