"So I was 5 minutes late to an appointment that I waited one month for. Initially I was very apologetic and told him I could jump on now. He said, in a condescending tone, that's not how it works and I had to call back to reschedule. I told him it's only been 5 minutes. He kept repeating" that's not how this works, you need to call back to reschedule or to cancel your evaluation." From the beginning of the call the doctor was very condescending and clearly in a rush to get me off the phone so I matched his energy towards the end of the call and then he has the nerve to notate my medical chart that I was combative. I kept asking him questions and he hung up on me. What a joke of a "doctor." Especially for one in the behavioral health department: didn't want to help me at all. Now I have to wait over a month to talk to this "doctor.""
