"I made an appointment for a physical thinking I'd save some time and money. After the $20 copay, being examined by 3 doctors, and waiting an hour and a half since the beginning of my appointment I was told they couldn't sign a simple Statement of Health Status form without full blood work and another physical which I could come back next month to do. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else."
