"Love this location! However, I showed up for a blood draw today (Sunday Dec 10th) at 9am and people were waiting outside and the doors were locked. I checked online yesterday to see the posted hours, and "Sunday at 8am" was listed. There was no sign posted on the door or any notice of the change. I was pretty upset because there are no other Stamford Hospital draw stations open on the weekends and I had a digital prescription. My work days are 7am-3pm so that unfortunately won't work for my fasting labs. Please update the hours and let providers know not to send people to this location on weekends anymore and please add more draw stations on weekends. Thank you."
"My results were never posted on MyChart, as promised. My phone calls to the Long Ridge draw station were diverted to MyChart support representatives, who were not equipped to post the results. I will never go to this facility again."
