"Do not ever book through them. Just had my appointment that I've been waiting for for more than two weeks cancelled after they said they do not accept my type of visit (car accident). It is understandable to not accept car accidents, however I mentioned more than 10 times that this was related to a car accident when booking the appointment and asked every single time if its okay and if they can see a car accident patient. Their only answer as to why this happened is that their scheduling department and management is terrible and they can't seem to get them organized. Hartford Healthcare is a complete and total administrative mess of billing errors, scheduling mishaps and doctors who will see you for fewer than 30 seconds before maxing out yourdeductible plus a few "billing mistakes" in their own favor if course. Avoid them like your life depends on it - because it genuinely might."

"I have to agree with the other review about the management of this facility as unprofessional and rude. The doctor and APRN are fantastic but I am never able to speak to them outside of an office visit. Messages don’t go through (phone or MyChart), the phone is never answered (10+ minutes of waiting), the staff are rude when I finally speak to someone. There was also an occasion where I had an appointment and arrived on time; I waited about 45 minutes when I was told no one can see me and to reschedule. Completely unacceptable."

"The protocols and practices are completely unprofessional. The receptionist calls me 1 hour before my appointment starts and asks me if I can come in at an earlier time. I am the patient and the time I am coming in is the scheduled time, not to the convenience of the practice. I was in traffic and called in advance to reschedule my appointment but was on hold with the machine for over 10 minutes. When I do arrive at my scheduled time, I am told that I cannot be seen by the doctor and rescheduled, disregarding that I placed a phone call that no one answered. The world goes around many times and these people will have what’s coming to them."

"I had to leave before seeing the doctor because the receptionist is very rude. And when I asked for her name, she refused, and when I asked for the office manager’s contact info, she slammed her little window on me."
