"I come here for routine check ups with Dr. T. Friendly staff, great doctor - no big issues so far."

"On Monday July 3rd, I called Optum Customer Service to confirm the operating hours for the lab at this location. I was advised the hours were 0830-1700. So I fasted the 8 hours earlier (July 4th) to be at the location NLT 0830. I arrived at 0832 to be told there was no lab hours today. Why don't I go to the Carmel location. Which would have been another 20 minute drive. I told them no, I have to go back to work. They then said oh you would have to come back tomorrow. So no one from this location advised ANYONE that there would be no lab today? It seems they never advised anyone and the main scheduling number claims the same thing. Again, patient customer service is horrible at Optum and this is just another case of it. I have plenty of time to waste attempting to get bloodwork drawn for an appointment."

"So tired of staying on hold. The constant phone music on hold now gives me anxiety from memories of scary test results and listening to the music just reminds me of terrible past experiences."

"Here we are, back it again! Ran out of medicine because the doctor gave me exactly enough to last me until my visit. Told him, he said "Ok, I'll renew it" and here we are days later, withdrawal symptoms to boot, calling this horrible office to ask why my doctor hasn't sent in the prescription yet. Any time someone answers, they always tell me they'll reach out and ask what's up, and usually it ends there and I never hear back until I call again. Repeat this process over 4-5 days until the prescription actually gets sent in. 0/10, would press charges for malpractice and causing unnecessary suffering to their patients when telling them their prescriptions would be renewed. Do not trust these people for critical medicine. Edit: So, got a call from my nurses doctor today. The reason why I didn't get my prescription renewed and had to deal with Withdrawal for days? He forgot to hit the "submit" button when sending in the renewal, and it took a whole day of me calling before someone figured it out. Don't go for Dr. Tocidlowski or really anyone Caremount, they won't do anything until you threaten malpractice."

"If you need to get a prescription renewed, have fun with the withdrawal symptoms while you have to jump through hoops to get it renewed. Been trying for several days to get my prescription renewed and I either get hung up on while on hold, transferred to a turned off phone, or told the doctor will send it in that day and they never do. My favorite so far was when I got transferred to a voicemail that said "Do not leave a message". I hope there's legal action that can be taken for this. Edit: Had to bring up suing for malpractice before I finally got transferred to someone who was actually able to get my prescription renewed/get it to my doctor after trying for days."
