"My consultation with Katie was super informative and she was very patient with me as she explained the process and detailed the pricing. They ask for a $50 deposit to guarantee you show up to your appointment/consultation, but will refund it once you arrive and if you don't choose to move forward with the services. There was a confusion on their end when they tried to refund me, but Andy was so quick to resolve it. He was incredibly proactive and communicative about it.
