"Like this store. But no one around to help customers. I hate self checkout. Only saw one employee and he was standing around on phone while I am checking myself out. I think I will go to hobby lobby. I have liked this store for a long time. I can only guess that the economy is affecting the quality or quantity of employees. Nevertheless I can choose to take my business elsewhere."
"Placed a same day delivery order at my job early in the morning. Didn’t show up. Called the store said they never even received an order then I called the michaels 1800 number just for them to say there isn’t anything they can do about it. A completely joke. Can’t wait for the order to be sitting outside when I’m not there and get stolen!"
