"Be careful if you do curbside pickup and have an electronic trunk door. An employee just force closed my wife's power tailgate after asking us if he should closed it, to which we clearly and audibly said "no, we have got it". This could result in over $1000 in damage and repair costs. Michaels, please train your employees to look for a button to close tailgates and listen to a customer's answer when you ask a question."

It's hard to have a line of people, be dealing with a difficult customer, and simultaneously experience additional shenanigans while keeping your cool - and she did it! Good job, Liz!"

"I have purchased over 100 frames of various sizes in 2 years of framing Poster Art. Mostly I order them online and pick them up. Most of the employees know me by sight due to my frequent trips to the store. As with any business, the quality of people is possibly what sets it apart from the others. This location is without competition, as to the employees who work for this company. I have been to the other stores and this one in my opinion stands alone."
