"Unfortunately this location consistently has a min of a 20 min line. Recently, despite a manager telling an employee to call for help, and a line of 11 people, she did nothing. When someone finally came to help she remarked “we’ve got it, you didn’t have to come”. Someone should share that calling for assistance isn’t about her competence but scoot the customer not having to wait 30 min to check out!"

"Horrible curbside pickup service. I work ten minutes from this store and I checked in when I left my job. I alerted the store to let them know my arrival and waited 10 minutes before calling them to say I’ve been sitting outside for someone to bring out my order. The employee who answered didn’t seem to care. It took another five minutes for them to bring it to me. I had two separate orders and they failed to give me one of them. I had to go into the store to retrieve it. If I wanted to do an in-store pickup, I would have opted for it. The email I had received about the second order stated that it was ready for pickup and they couldn’t find it. Just a bunch of young kids running the store with no adult employees! Unacceptable!!!! I’ll remember to not use their curbside pickup service next time IF there’s a next time!!!!"
