Outback Steakhouse

"My husband and I went today and ended up leaving after 40 minutes without even a glass of water. The girl at the front was nice. We asked if Sonia was on and she said she would be on later. We ask for Sonia since her service is great and there is never any problems. She sat us and said the waitress would be over shortly. While we were waiting we saw the server standing by the bar running his finger around the top of a glass. We then watched the waitress fill that glass with ice from the ice basin. We watched the waitress go over to the couple that came after us and took their order. We waited around 20 minutes before she came to us. She said her name was Lauren and took our drink orders which was water and said the drinks and bread would be right out. After another 20 minutes she came back for order. She realized we didn't even get our water she said we're we ready to order. Never even said she was sorry. My husband informed her we were going to leave and her reply was good. Have a nice day. On the way out the girl who seated us said have a nice day. There was also a woman in a printed shirt talking to someone in a booth who said the same thing. I figure it was probably the manager or assistant manager. Apparently she didn't care about what was going on. I have never written a bad review or walked out of restaurant for terrible service. This was terrible. I wouldn't even give it 1 star."

"My family and I had a great experience at Outback. We had a small issue with the food. Not only were they quick to resolve the issue. But the wonderful, manager Ray was very sincere and gladly took our meal off the bill and even gave us a gift card. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and the food was great. Ray was definitely a ray of sunshine :)! You can tell he loves and takes pride in his job. Thank you for the wonderful service!"

It wasn't just the service that impressed us; the food was a culinary delight. "Today my husband and I experienced our first visit to an Outback Steakhouse, where the food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, the restaurant was clean and the people working there were friendlier than we could have ever expected. The atmosphere of this place was very mellow and enjoyable. We'd like to take a moment to especially thank them for having a waiter like Mark working for them, because this man really went above and beyond when it came down to friendly and attentive service. Mark was incredibly kind to us from the moment we walked in and he made us feel very welcome. It's wonderful to find places like this, because this restaurant as well as the people working within are all gems. Do not miss the opportunity to experience a friendly environment with delicious food like this location right here, you will not regret it.
