"Dr. Avvocato disregards one of the most important principles for dealing with clients (or patients): She does not listen to the patients´ concerns, but keeps talking for extended periods of time, providing advice that is outdated (1980s) and that has not been asked for by the patient (or parent). She has also not been able to resolve or improve the issue we consulted her about. Finally, her greatest concern is that she has to go because she has other patients to attend to. Very disappointed."
