"Dr Lestz is very responsive and kind. The office at her side is unhelpful to say the least. It’s as if no one’s home and no one cares. Even if you’re assigned to another specialty professionalism at the front desk and through our the office should be a priority. This is the area as a hospital they need to continually work on as I’ve noticed it all over. The woman at the initial checkin is good but not at the actual peds entrance. The MD is great too, but for a peds office- it doesn’t feel like a peds office. There is little in the way of cheerful decor. There’s isn’t any delineation between sick versus well area, which many peds offices have these days esp if you’re bringing your newborn in. It makes you wonder who designs this and with what in mind? Think of it. You’re passing urgent care full of sick people to general practice offices. They should have made that it’s own enterance not incorporate it with the general health esp given the times w covid etc. . There is nothing to keep a child occupied in the waiting area bc it’s a shared area. Whoever designed it did a poor job. Again not the MD fault who is thorough and communicative and caring. As an NP I found this would be a reason I wouldn’t return futuristically. Great location but needs attention in these areas. Ease of appt is good though. 4 stars for Dr Letz WP lost a star for the ancillary staff and set up"

"I say pediatricians are like a 3rd parent and I will travel 24 miles as often as it’s needed to bring my baby to Dr. Lestz. She’s super caring and through! As a first time mom, I feel reassured and confident after meeting with her regarding my baby’s growth and medical needs. I’m very happy to have her as our pediatrician !"
