"On our last visit on September 2nd, 2023, to the Armonk white plains hospital pediatric branch, the nurse Kimberly R. was very rude and couldn’t draw a blood sample. After she poked my 15 months old baby’s arms several times one of her arms got red and little bumps of rash appeared on it and she was crying a lot.. Kimberly attempted to draw blood and was impatient with my baby. She gave me a mean look and said “I don’t have time to keep trying I have other patients, go to a hospital to get the blood sample”.I don’t understand how a nurse in a pediatric clinic where it’s expected for babies and kids to cry while blood is being drawn would be that inconsiderate and unprofessional and cannot do her job properly. I have 3 children and I am considering changing to a different doctor."
