"I’m only giving one star based on today’s experience with Dr ragozza. She is so dismissive of everything we had asked her about and she grabbed my sons arm to get him to sit down and on top of that told me that she will handle him while i’m trying to talk him through not being scared of her. She has the worst bedside manner!! I even called to speak with her and of course she doesn’t call back. I have asked the front desk to please not schedule her with my son but they did it anyway! I am so furious someone needs to do something about her it’s enough!! I only love ❤️ doctor palker at this practice!!"

"Dr. Cipolla and Dr. Davis are our two primaries and they have known both of our children since infancy, and our youngest literally since birth. We’ve experienced nothing but care, thoroughness and effective treatment since we started going to the practice 8 years ago. A recent reviewer gave 1 star and made comments about Dr. Cipolla that frankly don’t add up to me. I see a reference to “alternative Medicine practices” that make me think there’s more to the story here that is not being shared. Dr. Cipolla is not only thorough and respectful in every way, she takes the time to listen and get to know her patients. There are several practices that are much closer to our house and we go out of our way to see Dr. Cipolla and the team at New England Pediatrics."

"Dr. Cipolla is far from thorough when reviewing files or attentive when trying to understand the concerns of her patients. I find her to be very dismissive, pushy, and not respectful of alternative Medicine practices. I don't understand the good reviews about this doctor unless she treats her non husky patients different from her husky patients. I don't have much experience with any other doctor other than Doctor Christ who is the complete opposite of Dr. Cipolla but is now retired from the practice."

"My 2 month old grandson has been a patient of this office since his birth. He has had some ongoing medical issues and the entire staff could not have been more attentive, caring and professional....this includes everyone, from the women at the front desk to the nurses and physicians. As a practicing nurse midwife, with over 35 years experience, I have encountered many pediatric practices during my career and I only wish everyone could get the unprecedented care my grandson has received. "Such a great, caring office. Easy to get through to make appointments. Always seen the same day for sick visits. Excellent doctors who genuinely care about their patients. Nurses are great with the kids and treat them with respect. Never rushed during appointments. Highly recommend this practice."
