"Hello, I am extremely disappointed in this place. On 11/5/22, I showed up for a basic oil change and left paying a whole lot more and and with the step of my drivers side broken. One of the mechanics was seen on camera going in and out of my vehicle. After a few step ups and step downs he broken my step of my van and tried to cover it up by stating it was due to excessive rust. Yes my van is rusty, but not to the level of where he had to break the step of the vehicle. It was accident by the mechanic, but extremely unprofessional to tell me to take it to a body shop and get it fixed. Had he been more careful, the step would have not been broken. I came in to the store with a good step ladder, and left with a broken one. That makes no sense to me. I will never go to this location again. It was a recommendation from a friend and I was excited to bring my van to a new mechanic. I will be filing a complaint against the store and I want my step fixed. I am so upset. The step allows me to safely get in and out of my vehicle. Now I have to hop off and risk injury. See photos attached. How would you feel if you came in with a good step, and left with this?"
