"The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was asked to bring clothing for a patient and not directed which entrance to the parking lot to use(google maps gives you the wrong one). I drove around the parking lot until I find the building (which isn't well directed and is very confusing) and the nurse inside won't help me at all, doesn't explain their procedures, and had an attitude. Only one nurse was helpful after trying to deliver clothes for OVER AN HOUR."
