"I have a 2019 Honda pilot and every time it rains, I get water on the driver’s side floor. I brought the car in and was told they are unable to locate the leak. Today it’s raining and I called to see if I can bring the car in so the mechanic can see the leak and try to trace it back to see where the water is entering the car. I was told I should take pictures and schedule another appointment. I am not satisfied at all with the service department. I felt like I was taken advantage of when I brought my car in for service the last time and now this issue with the leak. This is not an isolated issue. I did some research and other pilot owners are having the same issue. There’s rust and corrosion on the wires and brackets under the dash and I am told there’s no leak."
