"For a number of years, Gisela helped me to a certain degree. My problem with her is that she does not keep patients’ records. We moved to South Carolina five+ years ago. At that time my new psychiatrist requested my records from her. After repeated attempts, Gisela did not response. So, I called Gisela and asked for my records. She said that she didn’t understand what that meant. I asked her if she had a file on me, did she ever keep notes, did she have a record of the many drugs which she prescribed for me? No. No. No. This has complicated my current medical treatment enormously."
