"The owner of this place is rude and a known racist. Asked him for a quote for something I knew what was needed and he just had to install but he said, “I don’t even know you or your name”. Well ask me my name idiot. How are you still running a business with all the people that complain about your professionalism. You’re the worst in Westbury which I found out after the fact. Get trained on customer service. You just don’t know how to talk to people, even after a first encounter."
