"They called to let me know that the flowers I ordered for my mother would be delayed a day because no one was home at time of delivery and their policy is not to leave them outside when it's too cold. I have never heard of this before, but I think it's an excellent policy. Flowers were delivered the next day and were beautiful. Will definitely recommend."

"**Update: The florist just delivered a brand new bouquet and it is BEAUTIFUL. No lilies this time (I apologize I threw the lilies out from the other bouquet because they were making me sick). They added gerbera daisies which I love! Thank you for your excellent customer service! My husband sent me flowers from New City Florist for my birthday. They arrived and half the bouquet is wilted, I don't see them surviving more than a couple of days which is very disappointing with how much he paid for them. Also, they added lilies to the bouquet which he expressed NOT to do because the smell makes me sick so I had to remove them. All in all pretty disappointing for how much they charged him."

The work exceeded my expectations. everything was fresh and spectacular. The multi floral of pinks, purples and blues really popped. He provided everything, including the candelabra , all for a reasonable price. They even used some of the flowers from our ceremony for our sweetheart table which saved us money. They truly considered our budget and worked with us to have the beauty in a cost effective way. My guests and I were blown away by the way the ceremony was decorated. It was the simplistic beauty we were looking for with so much color. Everything we asked for was fulfilled by New City Florist."
