"Poor customer service. I never felt like they did one thing to provide the service I was requesting. I waited weeks for them to get back to me. They were not proactive, they were not responsive. If they are like this with a simple request to plant ground covering around a grave site, I shutter to think how they would respond to larger jobs. I finally did the job myself."
