"If I could give them a zero, I would. My wife received flowers for Mother's Day and the bouquet did not look fresh at all. The roses looked dry and were browning around the edges along with the lillies. The only flowers that looked fresh were the carnations. After trying to contact them for 3 days, they finally answered the phone. They told me they would make another arrangement and add additional roses to make it right. I returned the arrangement and instead of giving me a new arrangement, they replaced the dead pink roses with red roses. The arrangement was supposed to be pink; they left the other browning, droopy flowers. The arrangement cost almost $100. Don't order from this store! You will be wasting your money."

"Don’t waste your time and money I ordered the ultimate elegance long stem red and pink roses for 130 dollars and they sent me a 30 dollar bouquet of the cheapest smallest flowers and no one answers phone and I was on hold on their corporate customer service number for 2 hours and got no where Use a local florist where people are accountable not this incompetent rip off artists where they take money and deliver inferior products and wrong things and there is no one to talk to I avoided going down there to avoid throwing their cheap bouquet through the window See the pics of the on hold time and picture of what was ordered and what was delivered what a rip off you pay for excellence and they deliver gas station flowers talk about price gouge"
