"I am so sad to write this review. I spent a lot of money for a telehealth consult with Dr. Menn in May of 2023. I was a huge fan of her from Instagram. I met with Dr. Menn to evaluate HRT. I had been working with a local Dr. who had prescribed me Estrogen and Progesterone. Everything was working well, but I wanted a second opinion. Dr. Menn decided to increase (double) my hormones. I met with her on 5/3 and it took until 5/15 to actually get my prescription. Once she sent it, it was sent to the wrong pharmacy and didn't have my correct birthdate. After she increased my hormones, I started bleeding I had not had a period for 11 months, so I was surprised.. I reached out to her on and let her know that I was bleeding, and that I had an upcoming precedure that required me to not be bleeding. I sent several messages over multiple weeks. She completely ghosted me. In addition to trying to reach her through her health portal, I have also called her office, emailed her, and even sent a message on instgram over the last several months. NO RESPONSE. At this point. I think it is extremely dangerous and unprofessional to prescribe people medication and then leave them hanging with no way to speak with you after. I have several friends who saw her too, and they are having the same frustration of her being unreachable. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I want to save other women the money and stress that I have gone through."

"At first it was good. She figured out my problem right away, prescribed the right thing and got it under control. The first problem came when she had to change my prescription because this one wasn’t enough of a dosage (I won’t go into detail). She accidentally prescribed me a lower dosage. Fine. Everyone makes mistakes. I let it slide. She was also my sisters gyn and she was pretty good until COVID. She had an appointment with my sister whatever. Then, she literally ghosted my sister. Just completely stopped responding to anything. She gave both of us her personal phone number by the way. I had a few questions during quarantine and she became less and less responsive. I had a panic attack cause she wouldn’t respond to my urgent text saying how I really needed her to call my pills into the pharmacy. I didn’t get a response until last minute. I had to pick it up right before the pharmacy closed that night. I need to take that pill every night around the same time otherwise bad stuff will happen. (Again, won’t go into nasty detail) I texted her a few times with problems I needed checked out, she never responded. I had to get my primary care doc to look. I decided I need a new gyn. I don’t have an appointment with her till 2 weeks from now. I’m still relying on Dr. Menn for my prescriptions. Now here’s the kicker. I needed a prescription filled urgently and this time I didn’t get a late response, I got no response whatsoever. She ghosted both me and my sister. How nice. I had to get my primary care doc to call in an emergency prescription. But it’s been 2 days without the pill, 4 days till vacation, and I’ve started my period. Why did I start my period? Because I didn’t have my pills for 2 days because Mrs. “professional” decided do ghost me. Thanks a lot Dr. Menn. I’m gonna have one of the worst periods ever during my vacation due to your negligence."

"I’ve been a patient of Dr.Menn for about 5 years, my entire family sees her as well. She genuinely cares about her patients! She talks and explains everything to you with no rush and truly cares about your health. Her office is so beautiful you barley feel like your at a doctors appointment. I would and do recommend Anyone to dr.menn!"

"The experience at first was positive. She seemed caring and knowledgeable. What followed after is disturbing. After trying to contact her multiple times, she has not returned calls and emails. Upsetting."
