"I ordered a sympathy basket from the white plains store that was being delivered today. A name was mistakenly omitted and I left three messages stating to please add this name and to call me to inform me the message was received. I never received a call back from them. When i called later this afternoon the person who answered informed me the name was never added. She suggested that she could call the driver back to fix the card. When I mentioned where it was being delivered and that the driver was only 5 minutes away, she then change her offer to do this. I frequently order from this store and will no longer purchase from them. They should check the messages every morning before starting to make the orders. Especially order's that are being place due to a death in a family. I hope this hasn't happened to many others who have placed this type of order."
