"Showed up at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon needing a bouquet of flowers. Posted hours are 9:00 - 5:00. Locked up tighter than Fort Knox. Tried to call - no answer at all. No machine."

"Just called and got HORRIBLE customer service. I’m hard of hearing and struggled to understand what the lady was saying and she was terribly rude about it. Kept giving me attitude when she had to restate herself. I was just trying to get a simple bouquet flowers delivered to a friend and she gave horrible attitude. I gave up and refused to order from them. Do not bother giving them business. Flowers probably as rotten as their attitude."

"Delivered flowers on the wrong day. They had nothing to say but, oops the flowers came with today's delivery box so we delivered. Will use someone else if they can't read delivery dates. There's dozens of places to get flowers. Update: the owner did call me and refund me $50 for a $100+ order. This was better than the woman that I initially called, she said they would take back the flowers, hold onto them and then deliver them the right day which made zero sense to me."
