"I bought some tweeters to match the kicker brand speakers I put in my Mazda from another retailer I showed the guy my car and he had the brand I wanted so I figured I was good When I opened the box I saw they didn’t fit Then I went inside and asked him about it and he just told me to cut here and glue here to modify it. And that was that, wasn’t really willing to offer any more information. Felt kinda dismissed I drove away with speakers I couldnt install. I looked up another installation place and found DIAMOND AUDIO CITY. They let me inside and helped me out in the middle of their lunch. Modified and installed the speakers and did the wiring on the house. Extremely happy with the service and the way I was treated. If you need car audio done This is the place to go These guys are down to earth and know their stuff. I highly recommend you stop in and get treated the right way and not like another sale."

"DO NOT TRUST this business!! I went in on March 23 for an estimate I was serviced by Cano Ruiz and owner Yormal Hernandez we went over pricing and products. I made a cash deposit of $760. On April 5 I call to cancel the order and get a refund . They advised me to look at the fine print under the estimate, remind you they never provided a full estimate until I decided to cancel. There refusing to give me my deposit back, even though they never went over the terms and conditions. Never set a installation date...they're beyond unprofessional own up to your mistakes ...PLEASE read they're full estimate no refunds even though they don't make you aware . Also Yormal Hernandez in the reviews. That's fake it's not a real review ,he is the owner..wish I would of known that from the beginning that shows what type of company they are. He put a review on his own business!!!!!!! Be very careful in what businesses you trust DO NOT make a deposit unless you are 100 percent sure . They will keep your money Make sure they provide you the FULL EStImAtE prior to giving the deposit. So you fully understand their policy.
