He came to my house with his worker Justin they installed the new plow & wire harness they did an Awsome job, cleaned up after themselves, I was very Impressed & Happy. It was so convenient that they have a mobile work shop and they Come To You that is such a time saver, it definitely beats sitting around in a waiting room or leaving your truck for a day in a shop!! "Had some work done to a vehicle i had at one time. Ended up having to sell it and in return i couldn't apply a part i payed for. The owner was generous enough to hold on to it but i eventually asked if the owner would sell the part and get my money back but a year later and countless text messages back and forth they still refuse to reimburse me the money. The messages were read and i was left on read. I asked a few months after i sold the truck even with the parts being within in a return time and recently. I made them several offers to help them and they refused respond appropriately."

"I’m a Florida hotshot owner and driver. I happened to come across a major issue in Connecticut with the flat bed trailer I was hauling with a full load, which left me stranded on the side of the road on interstate 84 eastbound, just off of exit 67, in Tollard, Connecticut. I couldn’t find anyone that could, or would help, for the life of me… When I finally came across a company that said they would help, they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg and their only option was to rebuild a broken piece, which would have put me behind 5 days. These two guys, (CTVLS CUSTOM), heaven sent, came out of nowhere and stood on the side of the road as they watched me negotiate, to no avail, with this other company. That other company took my tire to a nearby shop to check for parts, and came back with the tire and no resolution… The two guys (ctvls customs) remained behind to accompany me. They actually even helped me move my truck and trailer to a safe spot off the highway. After the one company confessed that this job was way over his head, the guys from (ctvls customs) drove nearly two hours away to find a new axel and two hours back to where I was stranded, to then begin the arduous task of replacing my damaged piece on site. In the freezing weather!! At night!! Not tomorrow, not in a few days. Right then and there, holy smokes!!! I am amazed that humans like these two guys still exist. Straight forward gentlemen. Decent people. They did not allow the other company to charge me an arm and a leg. They stood by patiently. They did a superb job! I just don’t have enough words of gratitude to express what they did for me, my company and my wife who was home all day worried. I’m in awe of what they accomplished for me. Hard work at its best. "Justin and Nate did an excellent job putting fog lights and front grill lights on my Toyota RAV4 2022. They stayed in constant contact with me while setting up our appointment for them to come out to my house to do my lighting request. They showed up on time and were absolutely great to work with. The final product showed the completely Professional Job they did. I would strongly recommend CTVLS to anyone who needs lights as well as other vehicle services that CTVLS provides. They came right to my place and did the work in my garage. I also understand they do on-site bike maintenance as well, which is hugely convenient.
