"I've used this office for 24 years. Unfortunately it has slowly declined as doctors and certain personnel have left/moved on from the practice. The biggest change is reception. Their reception knew me by name, was always friendly and now I find them to be very cold and even borderline rude at times. I explain what I need and still, I will be asked the same questions again and again. This was THE practice but I find myself considering finding another practice after every phone call, after every visit, and it's sad to watch this giant fall."
"County OBGYN has the worst, most incompetent receptionists I have ever encountered. They were so incredibly rude. I had to call AT LEAST 10 times to try to get someone to send over my prescription to the pharmacy —each time my call would end up randomly in one of the four branches and I would have to explain my situation all over again. Please spare yourself the headache and go ANYWHERE else!!!"
