"Meant to review sooner but on 5/18/2020, I had great service on the phone on the day of delivery when the representative called to inform me that they no longer had balloons but could offer me alternatives. She was very patient and pleasant! My recipient also told me that she had received all items well packaged and had a good experience with her delivery person. Overall, great service and communication - I've placed orders with this store in the past and they have been consistent in their quality. Recommended!"
