"I came in one day in need of new windshield wipers for my 2020 Subaru. I thought this was going to be an easy fix, the person over the counter looked up my car, pointed out the ones I needed. And offered to install it. Now I've installed other wipers myself on other cars before no problem. But I'm like sure why not. It's free, so might as well. We go out to the car and we're there for half an hour trying to figure out why the wipers won't click into place. After bringing those wipers in and getting another pair, we tried it again. And to our luck, no click. We went back in a second time, try a different wiper on the driver's side and we finally got it to click. Only problem, was that it didn't come with the passenger side wiper. It turned out according to the manager that Subarus did some weird change on their wipers, that created this whole headache. The entire staff was so helpful and kind in rectifing this chaotic situation. They honored my original purchase, and made sure they ordered the correct part for the passenger side wiper which came in 2 days later. For anyone with a recent model of a Subaru or Mazda I highly recommend going here to get new wipers as I'm sure they would know exactly what you would need."
