"Notice the rating super poor… upon entering the office the receptionist tells me that if I don’t have a mask there is a $1.00 fee for patients that do not have a mask. I feel that charging patients a dollar for a mask is exploiting the patients. THE PERSON THAT IMPLEMENTED THAT FEE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I feel like the front end could improve drastically in customer service, friendliness and kindness…Moving along let me also take time to give a million thanks to Lauren. I hope I got the name correct. Lauren was the medical assistant that provided me with 10 stars of quality care. She listened to the frustration I encountered with the front end and was attentive, professional, caring, kind, empathic I could go on but I think it’s understood. Lauren thank you so much for being a phenomenal medical assistant and more importantly a genuine kind human being. I also want to thank the doctor she was great. She was informative, professional and pleasant to speak with. Thank you both. However, I will not be returning to that office. There are many offices that have great front end customer services with great doctors. In other words, I have a choice to make and dealing with the front end in your office is not something I care to deal with especially if I have to see the doctor frequent. Once again thank you both doctor and medical assistant.."
