"They lost my baby’s gold bracelet. I had a ticket and knew who the employer was but they stated the employee didn’t work there any longer. They also refused to show me footage stating they no longer had recordings although it was about 20 days later. The bracelet was really fine gold from Africa, I’m sure they noticed it and kept it"

"Took my watch to get a new battery and crown installed. They initially said that it would take a week to fix since they needed to order the crown online and I agreed. They charged me $35, $7 for replacing the battery $28 for the crown. They said come back the following week. When I went in I handed the counter person the receipt & she couldn't find my item and said to return the next day. This went on for about 4-5 times, one of the days the store was closed even after the person said they would be opened. The final day she says to come back next week. After about 3 weeks of going back and forth I got a call saying my item was ready for pick up. I went the next day and they said that I would have to pay another $10 for some unknown reason. $10 isn't much but after the hassle of being back and forth with them for my item last thing I wanted to do was pay them $10. I explained to them why I didn't want to pay and they said okay and I was on my way. The pricing was good and the job on the watch was great but sadly I'm giving 2 starts because of terrible communication and the duration of the service."
