"Dumbest pawn shop ever. How do you do business if your never open. How do you do appointments only but never answer the phone or messages. Seriously this place needs new ownership. Until I see someone in the store working this place is a scam."

"There is very rare that somebody is in the store during posted business hours. I have stopped by many many times and the open sign is flashing but again, nobody there. Clearly the owner doesnt care about his business. He also has items of mine that I took loans out on and when I went to go back and get it he said he didn't have in the store he would have to go home and check! Crazy! I should be able to get my items back when I like. Most 5 star reviews are from friends and family of the owner Nick Perez."

"I’m not usually a person who writes reviews, however, with Nick, the owner , I felt I had too. I had a box of coins my father had collected before he passed away. Having no idea the value of the coins I had, I Goggled coin dealers. Many people gave Nick an outstanding review. I must say, I was very impressed with Nick's ability to evaluate the many coins I had. He also knew the value of the coins I had. Very few of the coins I had did he not know the value of. If he was unsure, he looked up online or in his current coin book and shared with me. I find Nick to be very thorough and very honest with the prices he gave me. I was very pleased and impressed with Nick's knowledge of currency. I would have no problem recommending him to others and I would not hesitate to use him again in the future!"

"Best prices in Rockland! The staff is so friendly and the owner is extremely helpful and easy to work with. When my grandfather passed, I found several different antiques and jewelry in the house. The owner took the time to go through it all and explain why each item was worth what it was. I also ended up finding a beautiful necklace for my mother for the holidays. I am absolutely a repeat customer and would never go anywhere else!! Highly recommend!"
