"I had great experiences with Best Buy Discount Tires in the past for many years but as far as my recent visit, the only rating I can give is one star. I dropped off a set of new expensive wheels ($3,200+, 4 month lead time to receive) along with new tires for a mount and balance service. I picked them up an hour later, paid, loaded them up and left. Later on after I installed the wheels on my car, and gave everything a thorough wash, I found damage on all four wheels within the center cap area (paint gouges). And one wheel I found a paint chip on the edge after cleaning up the tire mounting grease. The pictures attached show the damage. Overall, I am truly dissapointed and cannot recommend this tire shop."
